GOOD FEEDBACK!

GOOD FEEDBACK!

I’ve collected here some examples feedback YOU offered your peers to prepare for their final versions of speech 2.  I realize this may seem a little bit like a mind-melt—that is, collected here are comments you’ve made and then my comments on top of those comments.  But please think of this as a SHOWCASE of good work (and there was plenty more, I just grabbed a sample from each team).  Check it out:

Some great praise here and how the speaker conveys significance in the speech. And then a move to make a suggestion about eye contact. A enforcing of what is working and a concrete suggestion for improvement.
Some great praise here from Ben on how the speaker conveys significance in the speech. And then a move to make a suggestion about eye contact. A enforcing of what is working and a concrete suggestion for improvement. (Click on the screenshot above so you can read it clearly).
A good package of information from Chelsea–a focus on what needs to be addressed first off. But also encouragement and a suggestion (adding some humor for authenticity) that would add to the impact of the speech. (Click on the screenshot above so you can read it clearly).
Great enthusiasm from Raica in this comment that surely would help encourage the speaker to push the speech to the next level. Also, the note re: the content, specifically in terms of ending abruptly is a great concrete item the speaker con work on. (Click on the screenshot above so you can read it clearly).
More good enthusiasm and a note about how important it is to connect with the audience. The comment about pausing is really sharp in terms of how little breaks can impact how the audience interprets a speaker’s preparation. Good feedback from Kianna!  (Click on the screenshot above so you can read it clearly).
